Thomas Tokens
The Thomas Tokens programme was the first character loyalty programme to run across several manufacturers including Heinz, Wall's, Mattessons and Gerber Foods. Each participant simply printed a token on the packaging of its Thomas products with brief contact details. We did the rest including sourcing rewards and sending out regular details to consumers.
The result was that consumers were alerted to the existence of Thomas products that they might not have known about and actively sought them out while shopping. Sales volumes increased across the board and every participating company came back for more.

Supreme Petfoods Rewards Scheme
When Supreme Petfoods, the market leader in foods for smaller pets, were looking for ways of increasing loyalty among their customers, we proposed a fan club linked to a loyalty programme.
Leaflets are distributed at point-of-sale alerting customers to the rewards on offer. We handle the whole programme in-house from design to fulfilment meaning that our client has just one point of contact.
